Come and explore The Magic of Theatre! Whenever theatre artists create, a whole team of designers and artists work together to alchemize ideas into pure performance magic. In this behind-the-scenes camp, participants dig deep into the roots of theatre creation to discover how lights, sound, staging, and multimedia elements ignite a story and transport an audience. Drawing on Single Carrot’s site-specific and experimental approaches, young artists stroll down the garden path into the world of immersive theatre and theatrical design.

One Play/One Day Camps

Single Carrot Theatre is thrilled to announce its One Play/One Day Camps for the 2022-2023 school year! Students collaborate as an ensemble to create an original play IN A SINGLE DAY! *cymbal crash* *orchestral fanfare* *extra-gratuitous reverb*

Tailored for Baltimore City Schools' professional development days, each OnePD Camp is a fun-filled, full-day theatrical experience that will energize your student’s imagination, collaboration, and creativity.

  • One Day/One Play on February 17th will be held at The Voxel, 9 W 25th St, Baltimore, MD 21218

    All other camp sessions will be held at Fells Point Corner Theatre!
